The problem
Leo Constra had more than 20 years of renovation work behind it and no website. Homeowners hiring a contractor are trusting a stranger with their home and a large budget, and without a site, Leo Constra was asking them to do it blind.
What I did
I built a brand identity around Leo Constra's existing logo and carried it through every page, so the company looks as established online as it is. The first screen puts the starting price, typical timelines, licensing and insurance, and the two-year warranty in front of every visitor, because those are the questions that decide whether a homeowner calls. Large photographs of finished renovations carry the rest of the site and let the work make the case. The homepage walks through all four stages of a job, from the first consultation to the final walkthrough, so nobody has to wonder what happens after they get in touch.
Where it landed
Enquiries climbed after launch, then jumped once Leo Constra put Google Ads behind the site.

The navy and gold of the existing logo run through the section bands, and every service card leads with a large photograph.
Each of the four steps pairs a photograph with a plain account of what happens at that stage.
On a phone, the starting price still makes the first screen. The four steps of the process follow one at a time, each with its photograph.
Every review is signed with the homeowner's name, the job and the city, so it reads as a real client talking.
Each of the 28 areas listed has its own page, which opens with a paragraph on the local housing, such as Hamilton's century homes or Vaughan's new builds.
