The problem
Project Hairway runs two men's grooming salons in Dubai and wanted to grow through Google Ads, which meant paying to send new customers to its website. The salons already looked the part and the Google reviews were excellent, but the website didn't match either, and every paid click would land there.
What I did
I built a design system around the salon's existing logo and colours, drawing on the look of a classic gentlemen's club, and gave the salons themselves large photographs so visitors can see the place before they walk in. Its Google reviews, now more than 700 at an average of 4.9 stars, sit on the homepage so new visitors see the salon's reputation before they book. I organised the services so they're easy to browse, and on phones each category opens and closes, letting visitors scan the whole menu and open only what they need. A WhatsApp button stays on screen as visitors scroll, putting booking one tap away on the app most customers in Dubai already use. I built the site in Webflow, with its own page for every service and both branches, each set up to be found in local search.
Where it landed
The owners reported a sharp rise in sales after launch.

Each service has its own page with a full price list, so visitors know what they'll pay before they book.
On phones, each service category opens on tap, so visitors can scan all six before choosing one.
Business Bay and Jumeirah each have their own page, so each branch can be found by people searching nearby.
The gallery pairs the outlined display type used across the site with a grid of the salon's own photography.
